somehow the only proof i have that i spent a long weekend seeing meadville again. it was nice to have *something* done and on the wall alongside some great work from fellow alums. this painting was made during the post-Helene mania, and it was nice to add some finishing touches and ship it off to show so close to the one year anniversary.

biggest reason for making the pilgrimage was to see @hatch_hollow’s new space, and Heather Fish is still my hero.

thanks to all who said hello, you make meadville a lovely place to kinda sorta be from ❤️ (@sleepingontheroof i told everyone i missed you at least once i’m pretty sure)

“Match Pace” will live on in @midamericacollegeartassoc’s digital exhibition, “Abstract Borders | Reflections on Belonging.” The drawings pictured were completed in one minute in front of a live audience, based on user-submitted photos, to consider the implications of artificial intelligence (AI) art generators. It opens via Zoom on September 15th, with a juror’s talk by Vivian Zavataro!
